Vermont Community Farm is founded on the importance of mindfulness and living a mindful life. We support exploring spirituality in whatever form that might look like. Below you can find what we are aiming to offer when we open our doors.

We will have a variety of yoga classes ranging in experience and difficulty. These classes are trauma-informed and for everyone. We will ensure there is place for you to grow in your yoga practice.

VCF aims to offer a variety of meditation classes suited for people at different times in their life. We see meditation as a critical tool for self-healing and exploration.

Similar to our yoga and meditation offerings we will have mindfulness sessions and discussion groups how to live and be mindful in today’s fast-paced world.

Additionally healing modalities often help and support in different healing processes, we will be offering an array of thermal experiences to help in healing.
